Bio
Eva is multidisciplinary Australian artist and psychologist based in Ipswich, Queensland, with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2003 her work has been exhibited from Brisbane to New York, with collectors in the UK, USA, and Japan. As senior scenic artist for Skill Set Building, an Ipswich-based company specialising in film and entertainment construction, she contributes to large-scale movie, theatre, and public art projects. Regularly commissioned for public art installations and creative youth workshops, Eva blends her artistic practice with a strong foundation in psychology and public health. Her work is deeply connected to mental health advocacy, youth, and environmental sustainability. She has illustrated children’s mental health resources endorsed by the World Health Organization, and contributed materials for the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth. Her first published, illustrated children’s book, Little Things Big Things, introduces young readers to themes of environmental awareness and social justice. Passionate about community engagement and storytelling through art, Eva continues to create works that educate, inspire, and bring community together.
